Description
Trivec TTEPS is a very precise custom built application technology with which flat or profiled edges of workpieces (such as panelling) are treated with a sealing UV or UV-LED lacquer. Without the disadvantages of traditional spraying technologies, such as overspray, the TTEPS sprays the area that needs to be covered and nothing else.
Can be built into existing or new sanding and/or profiling machines, so that profiling, sealing, drying, and sanding can happen in one passthrough. Also available as standalone edge coating and drying solution. The technique is almost always a combination of application unit and a drying system with UV or UV-LED.
