Basic single coater TRV450S-B
Used for applying (UV/LED) oil, wax, stains and other liquids onto parquet or concrete and other flat surfaces.
The Trivec Basic Roller Coater is a coating machine that is used for applying oxidative oils, UV oils, lacquer, stains, and hard wax on, amongst others, parquet, plinths, stairs, and furniture. The Basic Roller Coater uses a combination of dosing and application rollers to enable users to apply the coating evenly and precisely by adjusting the individual roller speeds and the rotational direction of the dosing roller.
Due to this setup the machine can also be used for coating concrete tiles, metal, glass, foam, cork, and plastic sheeting can be achieved.
The application roller can be removed without the use of tools from the machine, for quick colour change or cleaning.

Experience single coater TRV450S
The Trivec Single Roller Coater Experience is equipped with a dosing- and application roller. Workpieces are fed into the system by use of an integrated conveyor belt.
Experience double coater TRV450D
The Trivec Double Roller Coater Experience is equipped with two dosing- and application roller sets. Workpieces are fed into the system by use of an integrated conveyor belt.
Premium double coater TRV450D
The Trivec Premium Double Roller Coater is equipped with a two sets of dosing- and application rollers. Workpieces are fed into the system by use of an integrated conveyor belt.
