Can be used for 1, 2 or 3-sided treatment of facade wood, beams and other longitudinal wood with water-based paints and stains. The overspray collection unit and the complete transport system can be easily and separately wheeled out of the machine. This modular design is ideal for quick filter changes, cleaning and machine maintenance. Connected to an effective air extraction and filter system.
Indirect extraction system from below, different from the standard plenum system, which recovers up to 80% of the air. The heat will not be unnecessarily dissipated outside (in favour of heating costs). The air re-circulation system can only be used in combination with water based products. The machine’s cabin can be equipped with different guns and pump circuits. Choice of pump and automatic guns in consultation and based on data sheet of paint product.
