Advanced+ Exterior Wood Line
The Advanced+ Exterior Wood Line is a flexible production system for coating exterior wood, providing a continuous process from infeed to stacking. Wood is automatically fed via a cross conveyor, pre-treated with structuring or sanding brushes, and coated using either spray automation or vacuum coating for precise application of stains or paints. After coating, the planks pass through a configurable cross-drying tunnel with phases such as flash-off, heating, air circulation, and cooling, before manual or automatic stacking.
Designed for medium to large production runs of exterior wood like facade wood, cladding and decking, the system offers adaptable drying capacity for different paint systems, and automated infeed, outfeed, and pallet stacking. It integrates easily into existing lines while reducing manual handling and ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
