Single Roller Coater Experience

The Trivec Single Roller Coater Experience is equipped with a dosing- and application roller.

Workpieces are fed into the system by use of an integrated conveyor belt. The application can be made precisely by changing the pressure between the application- and dosing roller, the speed of the rollers and the rotational direction of the dosing roller. The application roller can be removed without the use of tools from the machine, for quick colour change or cleaning.

Optional with touchscreen, feeding pump, rail system, single reverse function and electrical height adjustment.

Professional and compact roller coater for precisely applying coatings on flat surfaces. With special soft rollers, the machine can also be used for profiled surfaces.

  • Parquet, Interior, and Furniture Panels: The machine delivers a flawless finish for wood, applying both base and top coatings.
  • Cork, Stair Treads, and Other Materials: Also suitable for oiling stair treads, finishing cork, and many other applications.
  • Primer for Digital Print Preparation: Can be used for applying primers prior to digital printing.
  • Coating of Various Surfaces: Ideal for base and topcoat applications on glass, cardboard, plastic, ceramic and concrete tiles, and even for printed circuit board applications.
  • Dosing and Application Rollers: Ensures precise and uniform coating.
