Double Roller Coater Premium

The Trivec Premium Double Roller Coater is equipped with a two sets of dosing- and application rollers. Workpieces are fed into the system by use of an integrated conveyor belt. The application can be made precisely by changing the pressure between the application- and dosing rollers, the speed of the rollers and the rotational direction of the dosing rollers. The second set is used as a reverse roller, further increasing precision, and enabling additional finishing effects. The application rollers can be removed without the use of tools from the machine, for quick colour change or cleaning.

Optional feeding pumps, level sensor, rail system, single reverse function, wet-wet configuration, oscillating scraper knifes, and chiller/heater unit for regulating viscosity.

Double Roller Coater Premium

Professional Premium double roller coater for precisely applying coatings on flat surfaces. Equipped with reverse station enabling optimal filling of pores and wood grain. Creation of ceruse finish effects on wood due to the “scraping” effect of the second application roller. With special soft rollers, the machine can also be used for profiled surfaces.

Comes with electrical height adjustment and preparation for roller heating/cooling to regulate product viscosity.
