The Standard (UV) line is a proven production system that combines efficient application of UV lacquer or paint with rapid UV curing, all in a single pass. This line is ideal for businesses requiring high-quality finishes with minimal downtime. The coating application process ensures even coverage, while the integrated UV drying system hardens the coating instantly, allowing the product to move seamlessly to the next stage of production.
The working of the line is as follows: The product is fed in on a roller conveyor with guidance to keep the material straight and in line. Then, the Double Coater applies an even layer of UV lacquer or paint. Next, the Polishing Line polishes and rubs in the coating while performing light brushing to remove any dirt and residue. Following this, the UV dryer with 2 lamps dries the workpiece instantly. Finally, the product is transferred to the output via a roller conveyor.
