Premium UV-line
The Premium UV-line is a proven production system that textures parquet plank surfaces, followed by multiple layers of UV lacquer or paint, with drying cycles in between. Designed for high-volume customers, it streamlines the entire production process into a single pass. The texturing process is achieved using brushes, with the final result determined by the type and setup of the brushes.
We provide training on how to effectively apply these techniques to achieve your desired product outcome. In addition to applying two coating layers with UV curing, the line offers the option to include a third coating and drying cycle for even better finishes and higher production speeds. All configurations are tailored to meet your specific needs or production scenarios.
