The Standard+ (UV) line is a versatile production system designed for advanced coating and texturing. It textures and cleans wood surfaces, applies (UV) stains or primers, (UV) oil, (UV) lacquer, and cures it instantly in case of a UV curable finish. This process allows for unique designs and rapid readiness for further handling.
The system works seamlessly: a roller conveyor feeds and aligns the product, while a brushing machine textures the surface and an extraction system handles the dust. The brushing conveyor then cleans the textured board before the Double Coater applies the finish in a precise and even layer. The Polishing Line polishes, distributes the coating, and removes any residue. Finally, the UV dryer instantly dries the applied layer effectively.
