De Trivec Cross Cutter is speciaal ontworpen om bandzaageffecten te creëren op houten oppervlakken, met een enkele cross cutter unit.

Door instellingen als doorvoersnelheid, omwentelingen, hoeken of het type schuurband te kiezen, kan een breed scala aan effecten worden bereikt.

Deze machine bevat het innovatieve Trivec Tapper Systeem. Niet-repeterende effecten worden gecreeërd door pneumatische voeten die met willekeurige tussenpozen op de schuurband drukken. Een geïntegreerd touchscreen biedt een gebruiksvriendelijke interface voor het aanpassen van de snelheid, de hoogte van de unit en het beheren of opslaan van programma’s.

The shortest complete Trivec machine line starts at approximately 5.5 meters in length. We always take your available on-site space into account. When necessary, we adjust the design or machine configuration to ensure the line fits perfectly within your production environment. What is the lifespan of a machine line?
The lifespan of a Trivec machine line depends on usage, maintenance, and the conditions in which it operates.
