Rotor Brushing Machine

The Rotor Brushing Machine is equipped with six heavy-duty brush units that rotate around a central vertical axis, ensuring thorough brushing, structuring, and sanding of Versailles panels, parquet floors and more. Each brush unit operates in alternating clockwise and counterclockwise directions, achieving a uniform and high-quality finish in all directions.

The machine offers adjustable settings for brush pressure, rotational speed, and main axle speed, providing extensive creative control. Workpieces are securely transported on a vacuum-equipped conveyor belt, ensuring stability during the brushing process, even for delicate or lightweight items. The brush units are compatible with a range of brush types. The quick-change brush system ensures fast and efficient replacements, minimizing downtime.

FAQ´s

Still have questions? Find the answers you’re looking for below.

Do I get a standard line or a fully customised solution?
The exterior wood lines are built from standard modules which we combine into a configuration tailored to your needs. This means: a clear structure (Basic, Spraying, Vacuumcoater, Advanced, Advanced+) but always adapted to your profiles, products, coating systems, available space, and required level of automation In our Experience Center we often start with a test setup similar to the final line. Based on the test results, your capacity requirements, and logistics, we fine-tune the configuration until it fits your production perfectly. This way you benefit from the reliability of a standard platform, executed as a customised solution for your process.
What kind of guidance and training do I receive when purchasing an exterior wood line?
When you purchase an exterior wood line, we support you from the first test up to commissioning and aftercare. In our Experience Center & Test Lab, we test your wood types and coatings on the selected line. During installation we provide operator training on operation, settings, basic maintenance, and safety. After commissioning you can rely on service and maintenance agreements, remote support and, if required, additional training when you introduce new staff or new products. Our goal is to ensure that your team can operate the line independently and confidently, and that performance remains stable as your production evolves.
What is the energy consumption of the line and which sustainable options are available?
Energy consumption varies per line and configuration, but efficiency and sustainability are key design criteria. Basic and Spraying Lines: relatively compact systems with limited drive power and exhaust capacity. Vacuumcoater Line: very efficient in material usage, with a closed system that minimises waste. Advanced and Advanced+ Lines: can be equipped with energy-efficient motors, frequency drives, and options such as heat recovery in drying tunnels. In addition, switching from manual to automated coating often saves on: product loss (less overspray/waste) scrap due to quality variations rework and extra drying time During the proposal phase we can prepare an indicative energy and material balance for your specific case so you get a clear picture of the overall savings.
Can the line be integrated into my existing production and logistics?
Yes, Trivec exterior wood lines are always tailored to your existing production environment. This can range from a relatively simple Basic Line with infeed and outfeed conveyors to a fully integrated Advanced+ Line connected to your internal logistics. We look at aspects such as: the position of your moulder, rip saw, or other processing steps infeed and outfeed of bundles or packs desired connections with stacking stations, roller conveyors, lifting aids future expansions, such as additional drying capacity or a second application step Our engineers work with layout drawings of your facility and jointly design a logical routing. This ensures that the line not only works technically, but also makes sense in terms of logistics and ergonomics.
Can I process both cladding and decking on the same machine line?
Yes, in many cases you can process cladding and decking on the same line. The most suitable line mainly depends on the profile, the desired finish, and your production volume. The Basic Exterior Wood Line is typically used for fine-sawn cladding that you want to treat with a transparent stain. The Spraying Exterior Wood Line focuses on planed cladding with opaque paints and 3D parts such as frame or trim components. The Vacuumcoater Exterior Wood Line is ideal when you produce a lot of tongue-and-groove or profiled boards, for example for cladding and decking, including thermo-treated or modified wood. With the Advanced or Advanced+ Exterior Wood Line, you add automated handling, buffering and, if required, a cross-drying tunnel. This allows you to run different product types in series without needing a completely different setup for each product. Together we assess which profiles, dimensions, and coatings you want to combine and configure the line accordingly.
