Cross Cutter – 3 brush units

The Trivec Cross Cutter is specifically designed to create random bandsaw effects on wood. The machine is equipped with a Cross cutter unit and three brush units for deep, textured effects.

By adjusting throughput speed, cross-cutter speed, and the angles of the various units, as well as selecting different brush types or cross-cutter belts, the machine offers a wide range of effects. The Trivec Tapper System enhances this process, with pneumatic shoes pressing the cross-cutter belt at random intervals, producing unique and natural patterns. The heavy-duty brush motors can be individually adjusted for speed and rotational direction, providing further creative control.
