The line begins with a dedicated brushing machine for optimal surface preparation, which feeds immediately into an all-in-one roller coater equipped with two application sections and two brushing sections.
A crucial engineering detail in this setup is the inclusion of a 2.5-meter conveyor belt between the brushing machine and the coating line. This buffer zone allows the wooden workpiece to stabilize and settle after brushing before any oil is applied, preventing unwanted surface tension or irregularities.
